As the needs of customers and communities continue to evolve, so too must the skills of those providing these services. While the question remains the same, how it is asked and through which medium becomes important (i.e. face-to-face, online, via print, etc.).
As we design our trainings for a client, one of our primary questions to answer at the end of it is: can the business or organization provide its services, programs, products or goods more efficiently? AND is this knowledge and/or skill portable so that the individual's life skills are enhanced. We recognize that with the job market becoming more and more scarce in the United States and where NO jobs are available in developing countries, the skills we provide should transfer with the person.
