We have developed an intensive 10-20 hour training curriculum for small business owners and nonprofit organization leaders (i.e. CEOs, Executive Directors, Presidents, etc.). This training is to assist the new and/or seasoned individual in understanding their role. The moja Entrepreneur Institute (mEI) has been designed whereby business and organization leaders are able to balance their time in the office and step away for half a day to attend a daily four hour session to be inspired, motivated and renewed in their role as leaders.
