When you think of grantwriting, look at it more like putting together the perfect sandwich for a hungry appetite. We bring the bread, condiments, meat(s), cheese(s) and all the tasty stuff needed to make the most delicious sandwich one has tasted. The art in acquiring funds for a project is in how well the proposal is written, presented and submitted on time.

In an effort to help nonprofit organizations acquire the resources (financial and non-tangible) they need to be successful, we provide three tiers of grantwriting services:

I. Corporate Sponsorship Solicitation: Many organizations or communities need help in getting companies to support their event or activity. This services allows us to identify those individuals and/or companies whose mission compliments the event/activity and solicit them for funding

II. Foundation Proposal Writing: Ranging from three to ten pages, many foundation proposals require a thorough review of data and information needed to be included in the request. While at the same time, some foundations just issue a date when proposals should be submitted without an outline or specific format identified.

This service allows us to conduct the necessary research about the foundation, understand what they typically fund and ensure that your project and/or activity is in direct line with their mission.

III. Program Grants (Federal or Larger Foundations): This is where the big dollars come from. The Federal Government issues RFPs (Request for Proposals) every day via the Federal Register. Many of these require an extensive amount of information, data, statistics, program ideas and an array of attachments. mPS, LLC has written many federal grants, ranging from as little as $60,000 to $2M. The organization has also managed operating budgets in excess of $3M for clients.

This service is time consuming and requires a great deal of back and forth between the Chief Executive or designee. There is a need for organization leaders to be involved every step of the way so they are able to defend the proposal should a site visit or conference call be held with them prior to the funding decision being made.

Should you have a program, event or organization that needs to acquire funding, please consider our company as a part of your team of individuals who can help. Our fees vary depending on the amount of funding needed and the timeline in which we are brought in to help with the project.
