We define capacity building assistance as the provision of knowledge, skills and information that will improve an organization and/or community's ability to provide programs/services responsive to the needs of their target audience. Capacity Building is a process that results in increasing the core competencies necessary to improve the effects and sustainability of programs and/or services within an organization or community.

We define technical assistance in a similar way, only highlighting the need to incorporate technology into how services are delivered. We provide an array of technical consultation that delivers expert advice to key organization/company personnel on how to accomplish a task or series of tasks with the intent that the activity will be carried out by the individual receiving the assistance. These consultations may be provided via telephone, through the web (electronically), in-person (on-site), or through written documents.

Below are some examples of capacity building/technical assistance provided by our company. We welcome questions about our capacity to develop a program or provide a service that would assist you, your company, organization or community in improving its performance.
